At Wilder Soul, we strive to create high-quality, custom-printed apparel that you will love. Due to the unique nature of our products and our commitment to supporting animal rescues, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Printing Errors: If the item has a printing error or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item that you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return for the reasons listed above, please email us at hello@wildersoulapparel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or error.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

1. Incorrect Sizing: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size chart provided on our website to ensure you order the correct size.
2. Shrinkage: We do not accept returns for shrinkage. Our products are made from high-quality materials, but slight shrinkage can occur after washing.
3. Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you no longer need the item or simply change your mind.

Additional Information

• Customized Orders: Each item is custom-printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology, making each piece unique. As a result, we do not keep an inventory of products, and returns must meet the criteria above.
• Donation Impact: Half of our proceeds are donated to local animal rescues, which means each purchase directly supports a cause we are passionate about. This is another reason we have a strict return policy.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@wildersoulapparel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
2. Approval: Wait for our approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.
4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
