Due to the unique nature of our products and our commitment to supporting animal rescues, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Printing Errors: If the item has a printing error or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item that you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return for the reasons listed above, please email us at hello@wildersoulapparel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or error.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Sizing: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size chart provided on our website to ensure you order the correct size.
- Shrinkage: We do not accept returns for shrinkage. Our products are made from high-quality materials, but slight shrinkage can occur after washing.
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you no longer need the item or simply change your mind.
Additional Information
- Customized Orders: Each item is custom-printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology, making each piece unique. As a result, we do not keep an inventory of products, and returns must meet the criteria above.
- Donation Impact: Half of our proceeds are donated to local animal rescues, which means each purchase directly supports a cause we are passionate about. This is another reason we have a strict return policy.

How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@wildersoulapparel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Approval: Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.
- Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
